To help guide us into that era, I focus on enabling meaningful processes, disabling meaningless processes, and developing practical, longterm-aligned business models aka. social systems for leading, learning and innovating for resilient growth.

In silo-transcending roles as innovation lead, learning lead and strategic advisor, my approach goes beyond conventional limits to navigate the relative chaos of complex ecosystems, drive digital transformation, and grow cultures aligned with longterm objectives to emerge as... creativity.

 

A notable career achievement of mine was establishing a new business area at EY Ernst & Young, where I led strategic learning and cultural innovation, scaling the team from 150 to 350 people. A small team and I earned the EMEIA Sales Innovation Award and my efforts were acknowledged with two Nordic People Awards for culture building. My practiced integrity and possibility to maybe not take your money, ensures I bring insights that help you align your work and organization with broader societal goals.

Awards & Panels

Recognized for achievements in community building and an innovative sales campaign, I have been honored with two Nordic People Awards and an International EMEIA Innovation Award for my work for EY. I serve on a public policy advisory panel through the Danish think tank INVI. I am a member of Boards of the Future for the Confederation of Danish Industries and a member of CRAFT Better EU Social Entrepreneurship Policy Group.
