One of my proudest achievements so far was building a new business area startup within EY Ernst & Young. During the years, I excelled as a natural people & culture leader, and spearheaded strategic learning and organizational innovation for this Nordic team within EY, building a remarkable community alive to this day across Nordic organizations and beyond. I implemented a transformative cross-Nordic learning strategy that revolutionized how 350 professionals approached technology adoption, life balance, and leadership responsibility. Described as the "glue" and "sunshine" of the team, I played a pivotal role in shaping the organizational culture during a period of rapid growth from 150 to 350 employees. My innovative approaches earned multiple accolades, including the FAAS EMEIA Innovation Award and the FAAS Nordic People Award, recognizing my ability to unify diverse teams and create an environment where people "love to come to work every day."
My board-level perspective is informed by a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, technological trends, and sustainably regenerative business practices. From my experience as an advisor and consultant for organizations such as the Red Cross, NOCA Network of Corporate Academies and the Danish Foundation for Entrepreneurship, I bring to the table a rare combination of strategic vision and practical implementation experience, crucial for guiding companies through regenerative technological transformations. Developing the Habitat for Open Innovation refined my entrepreneurial hands-on experience with designing scalable, purpose-driven business models that address complex societal challenges. Coupled with my strong communication skills and sense of humor, the past 14 years have equipped me to bring deeply valuable insights on organizational priorities, resource allocation and strategic decision-making.
