Let's talk about cultures for good leadership.

In my experience, leadership culture is the potential-defining tipping point of any organization.

Leadership cultures 'filter' the potential ways groups may interact, learn, contribute, innovate ...achieve anything, really.

I am making an effort to notice how differently we can approach leadership and the diversity of leadership cultures that are good

  • in different contexts

  • at different times

  • to accomplish different goals.

Maybe let's try to spot patterns of good leadership cultures and - importantly - what might block organizations from chances of having good leadership cultures over time.

✨ Innovation requires liberation from unnecessary constraints.

🤓 Understanding leadership cultures can inspire us all to lead better ...together.

Which organizations do you think have good leadership cultures?

What aspects of these cultures resonate with you or influence the way you lead?

I share reflections with the intention to help leaders meaningfully innovate society. As a strategy advisor and a tech learning & innovation specialist, I build social systems for leading, learning and innovating. Reach out to connect.
